Shipping and returns

Product delivery

Delivery times begin when the order leaves our warehouse. You should keep in mind that some products are not available for immediate shipment. This order processing depends on the shipping availability of each product (see availability on the product sheet).

The CLIENT must check the good condition of the package. In the event that it is delivered by courier, the CUSTOMER must make said verification before the carrier that makes the delivery of the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that could be detected in the packaging. If after reviewing the product, the CLIENT detects any incident or anomaly such as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any other damage, you must notify BCN STOCK CARS via email info@bcnstockcars.com, in the shortest possible time, detailing the reason for the incident and invoice number and, if you have one, attaching the delivery note of the merchandise, so that we can communicate to the transport company any incident.

In the event that the order is returned by the transport company to BCN STOCK CARS due to negligence by the CLIENT, such as not correctly specifying the delivery address or not picking up the order, the expenses will not be refunded corresponding to the shipment already consumed.

BCN STOCK CARS is not responsible for the causes of force majeure (for example, strikes, natural disasters) that may lead to a delay in the delivery of the product.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and conditions for free shipping vary depending on the delivery address of the order. The details are given below:

Spain (peninsula and Balearic Islands)

  • Private transport company (48 working hours) - 6.00 euros:

Shipping costs are free from 90.00 euros.

  • Post office - 6.00 euros:

The delivery of the product will be made through Correos and will have a term of 48 working hours, once the order leaves our warehouse. This modality includes tracking number, which will be provided via email. If the carrier has not provided the tracking number, in CLIENT you can contact info@bcnstockcars.com to request this and any Other information regarding your order.

Shipping costs are free from 90.00 euros.

Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

  • Post office - 7.00 euros + 1.00 euros additional for each item added:

It is mandatory to provide the DNI at the delivery address.

France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Portugal *

Payment

Depending on the form chosen, the process of checking and validating the payment can take up to 72 hours. Once finished, the processing and preparation of the order will begin.

After receiving the payment corresponding to an order, BCN STOCK CARS will send the order together with the invoice to the address that appears on the subscription or to the one indicated by the CLIENT.

If the CUSTOMER needs an invoice with tax information, they must indicate it to us when placing the order. Once invoiced, no modifications can be made to the invoice.

  • Credit card

This payment method is subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, the initiated purchase procedure cannot be continued, the order being automatically canceled and understood as not being made the sale of the product or products requested. When an order is made with a credit or debit card, the CLIENT must verify that the card has been charged.

All data provided to BCN STOCK CARS are encrypted to ensure maximum security. They are hosted on a secure server certified according to the "Secure Socket Layer" protocol. In no case will the data provided by the CLIENTS be stored through the payment gateway and will only be kept while the purchase is made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed.

  • PayPal

At the time of completing the purchase, the CLIENT will access the PayPal gateway. You must authorize your purchase with prior identification in the PayPal payment system.

Once payment authorization is completed on PayPal servers, you must return to BCN STOCK CARS to confirm the order.

Returns

- All returns must be authorized by BCN STOCK CARS after the CLIENT has contacted via email or through the form found in the order detail.

- Complete the return form and attach the return note with the package along with a copy of the invoice received. The sending of the return note is essential.

- Send products to BCN STOCK CARS, Portugal Street, 45 08027, Barcelona, ​​Catalonia, Spain. Once the reason for the return has been verified, the shipping costs will be reimbursed. It is essential to attach the ticket generated by the shipping cost.

* Returns due postage will not be accepted.

- Once received, BCN STOCK CARS tries to issue all returns as soon as possible. This process can take up to 10 business days from receipt. Once processed, BCN STOCK CARS will contact the CLIENT.

The return of the product in our physical stores will be subject to the same conditions as those of the web.

In the case of a defective product, BCN STOCK CARS must proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, reduction of the price or resolution of the purchase, procedures that will be free for the CLIENT.

The seller responds to any breaches of conformity that appear within 30 days of delivery.
